I'd want a blender and food processor. A lot depends on what you like to make. I love my salad spinner. I also just discovered a cutting board with grips on the bottom so it won't slide and a well on top to hold the herbs or tiny onion pieces. There are half-moon knives with handles on both ends that I find easier to use than the usual knife. Then you'll need extra shelf and cabinet or drawer space to hold all the gadgets you want. Abby
