This spice is a blend of �warm� spices. Typically ingredients are:
cinnamon, nutmeg,
cloves, allspice and mace. Pumpkin pie spice adds a nice extra
�pumpkin� taste to
pumpkin pie.
Ingredient
Season: available year-round
Substitutions:
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon + 1/4 tsp ground ginger + 1/8 tsp ground
allspice + 1/8 tsp
ground nutmeg = 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
