Please don't be ugly on the list. If you need to say something like "plan
your meals" don't add in: "being so lazy".

I am not sure why anyone would choose to put frozen meat in a crock pot
when all you have to do is plan ahead of time and defrost the meat prior to
cooking. Meat does not take to seasoning nearly as well if it is frozen. I
would suggest that you stop being so lazy and plan your meals ahead of time
so that your meat is already defrosted before cooking
