Red Hat Society's 5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake
The 5 min. chocolate cake for 1 person.......how neat
4 tbls. each flour & sugar
2 tbls. cocoa
1 egg
3 tbls. each milk & oil
3 tbls. chocolate chips (optional)
a sm. splash of vanilla extract
1 lg. coffee mug (micro safe)
Add dry ingreds. to mug & mix well. Add the egg & mix thoroughly. Pour in
the milk & oil & mix well. Add the choc. chips & vanilla extract & mix
again. Put your mug in the micro. & cook for 3 mins. at 1000 watts. The cake
will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a
little & tip out onto a plate if desired. EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want
to share). And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?
Because now we are all only 5 mins. away from choc. cake at any time of the
day or night!

Before my Apex crashed last summer, I had a number of recipes for small
cakes that you can make in a mug in the microwave. If anyone has these,
