I don't have the model number on my smaller one -- I got it back in 2004, and it has no timer, beep, temperature setting, or any of that stuff. It's a fixed plate George Foreman with a bun warmer in the top -- minimal frills. You know it's heated up because it clicks, like so many other appliances with heating elements.
