Donald, I have not followed this thread, so don't know if your question has been answered. Every slow-cooker recipe book, and more importantly, every slow-cooker instruction manual, states that frozen meat should not be cooked in the Crockpot. The interior of the meat cannot reach the proper temperature that kills bacteria.
