CWL JUICY MEATLOAF RECIPE
Oven temperature, 350 degrees. Time: one hour. Yields, six servings. One pound ground beef One egg, unbeaten Two regular slices bread Two cans, canned tomatoes such as Nelda brand 1tsp salt 1/4tsp pepper 1tsp prepared mustard 1/4cp minced onion 2tbs minced green pepper. Place ingredients in a large mixing bowl in the order listed. Mix with the hands until all ingredients are well-blended. Pack into a 2-quart casserole or baking pan. Bake. To serve, spoon from the casserole dish at the table.
