Coconut Pineapple Salad 8 ounces cream cheese
1 small lemon jello 1 - 8 ounce size Cool Whip 20 ounce can crushed pineapple (drained) small jar maraschino cherries, halved 1 can mandarin oranges 1/2 to 3/4 cup flaked coconut 2 ice cubes Whip cream cheese and add well drained pineapple. Mix jello with 1 cup boiling water. Add 2 ice cubes and stir until dissolved. Add to cream cheese and pineapple mixture. Add maraschino cherries, mandarin oranges and coconut. Refrigerate until partially set. Stir in cool whip.
