Coconut Pineapple Salad

8 ounces cream cheese

1 small lemon jello

1 - 8 ounce size Cool Whip

20 ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)

small jar maraschino cherries, halved

1 can mandarin oranges

1/2 to 3/4 cup flaked coconut

2 ice cubes

Whip cream cheese and add well drained pineapple. Mix jello with 1 cup

boiling water. Add 2 ice cubes and stir until dissolved.  Add to cream

cheese and pineapple mixture.  Add maraschino cherries, mandarin oranges and

coconut.

Refrigerate until partially set.  Stir in cool whip.

Can be eaten as a salad or after dinner dessert.
