HOT TORTILLA DOGS (Microwave) 1 can (16 oz.) chili without beans 3 Tbsp. finely chopped green chili peppers 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce 8 tortillas, softened* 8 frankfurters, ends split 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Combine chili, chili peppers and hot pepper sauce. Place 2 tablespoons chili mixture on each tortilla; place frankfurters in center and roll up. In oblong baking dish, arrange tortillas seam side down. Combine tomato sauce with remaining chili mixture; pour over tortillas. Heat, covered for 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 minutes on 90% power until heated through. Top with cheese; let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving. *To soften tortillas in your microwave oven, arrange tortillas between layers of damp paper towels.
