What a great list of possible uses for coffee filters! I have been
using a French Press coffee-maker for a long time, but the coffee
filters which I keep in my "cooking supplies" drawer are always ready
to work for me as a container for a boquet garni in a stew! I love
the idea of using them as a taco-holder! or a great container for
sprouting seeds!)

Thanks for the list!
