Chili Quesadillas
"Mamma Peach"
2 (10 to 12 inch) flour tortillas
1 (16 ounce) can chili
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons chopped green chiles
1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake tortillas for 2 minutes per side. In 
saucepan, heat chili. Add onion, garlic powder and chiles. Sprinkle tortillas 
with Monterey Jack cheese. Spread with thin layer of chili mixture. Sprinkle 
with Cheddar cheese. Bake for 8 minutes.
