This recipe is two teaspoons shy of 32 tablespoons, so I'd use a slightly
scant quarter of a cup to get eight servings from it. Those two teaspoons
could be made up with garlic powder if you like a more garlic heavy sauce or
other seasons as an experiment.

Sounds good, but how much water or tomato sauce would you use, and what cup
measure per each serving?  I'm guessing roughly 1/3 cup, but just wondering
