QUICK CHOCOLATE NUT FUDGE CAKE ICING:
1 stick butter 6 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 3 tbsp. cocoa 1 box confectioners' sugar 1 c. chopped nuts Put all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour on the cake.
