Raspberry Cheese Ball

 

"mamma peach"

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

4 tablespoons raspberry preserves

1 cup finely chopped pecans

Beat cream cheese until creamy. Mix cream cheese and raspberry preserves until 
well blended. Shape into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.
