Small bite sized pieces of potato 2 1/2 cups

Small bite sized pieces of parsnip 1 cup

Pork loin chops trimmed of fat 6
Liquid gravy browner 1 tsp.
Condensed cream of mushroom soup10 oz.
Water 1/2 cup

Proceedure:
Put carrots in 5 quart (5 L) slow cooker. Layer potatos, onion and parsnip over top.
Bruch both sides of pork chops with gravy browner. Lay over parsnip.
Stir soup and water together in a bowl. Pour over all.
Cover and cook on Low for 9 to 10 hours or on High for 4 1/2 to 5 hous. Serves 6.

Just a little note here. If I don't have exactly what the recipe says I will leave it out, or put something else similar in. Any recipe I do in the crock pot always turnes out just perfect. Meat comes out so tender when done in the crock pot.
