Hi All, I made some cream cheese icing yesterday, and this was the recipe: 1/2 Cup Butter 2 Cups Powdered Sugar 1 Pkg 8-oz. cream cheese Vanilla Extract
It came out a little thin, more like the consistency of something you squeeze out of a tube.
