HI all. I have recently bought an exciting machine called thermomix which is a food processor and it cooks grinds kneads chops weighs steams emulsifies minces and all sorts and I am having a lot of fun trying out new recipes. However the recipe books are not available in an accessible format so I wondered if any-one had heard of this machine and has any recipes addapted for thermomix. Having this machine is encouraging me to do a lot more cooking from scratch. Also if any-one wants to know more about the machine please feel free to ask me.
