If your mac 'n' cheese has enough cheese and butter and milk in it, it
should have a nice consistency; I heat mine all the time in the microwave,
you do not put the entire casserole in there and keep reheating and
reheating 'til it is all gone; I put the portion I want on a plate or in a
bowl and heat it; leftovers? Do the same the following day.

Mine has never dried out.
A friend of mine used to reheat and reheat leftover hamburger helper, and
complained it got drier and drier, and the meat was tough; I told her not to
reheat the entire casserole dish, just scoop out what she needed and
refrigerate the rest. Same for sloppy Joes.
Let two! grins! grow! where one! grouch! was before!

Subject: [CnD] Mac and cheese

I made a pan of mac and cheese the other night and I had a lot left over
and my question is, Is there a way to heat it back up in the microwave
without drying it out? I have the same problem when I warm up spaghetti as
well. rodney
