Alice's Tuna Macaroni Salad

2 cups medium shell macaroni cooked and drained

1/4 cup Robust Italian dressing

1 can solid white tuna, flaked

2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

2 ribs celery diced

1 medium onion, chopped

about 1/2 cup grated carrot (I used the shredded in the bag and chopped it a

little more)

1/4 of a large bell pepper, diced

about 1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon dill weed

a good pinch of thyme

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

salt to taste

1/4 cup (more or less) grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cook and drain the macaroni. While it is still hot, pour the Italian

dressing over the noodles and let stand while you prepare the remaining

ingredients.

Mix all together in a very large bowl. Adjust seasonings to your taste.

Chill for several hours before serving, giving the flavors time to blend.

(note) The amount of mayonnaise is your choice as well. Go with what feels

right to you.)

(Note 2) This recipe can be expanded to double or triple, depending on how

many you are serving, or how hungry the crowd.
