Quick And Easy Strawberry Shortcake

This is embarrassingly easy. It's not true shortcake, of course, but grab some store-bought mini angel food cakes, add strawberries and a dollop of fat-free whipped topping, plus a little chocolate syrup if you desire, and voila! A lovely dessert fit for any occasion.
Ingredients:
. 4 mini Angel Food Bundt cakes
. 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
. 1 cup fat-free whipped topping
. Fat-free chocolate syrup to drizzle (optional)

Preparation:
Place one cake on each of four dessert plates. Spoon one-fourth of the fat-free whipped topping into the hole of each, surround with sliced strawberries.
Drizzle chocolate syrup if desired.
