Hi all, For no apparent reason, I've been wanting a lemon cupcake or cake recently. Two questions: 1. Can anyone provide a good recipe for this that is *not* from a box? 2. What sort of icing/frosting/glaze/whatever would you recommend for this flavor? Plain? Vanilla? Orange? something else entirely? Thanks in advance for any answers. I won't be home for about a week so I can't make anything until then, but I'm looking forward to it when I do get home.
