Hi, I pasted the recipe directly into the message.  I don't know why
it didn't come through.  I'll just type it in this time, and hope that
you can access it.

In a large glass measuring cup, combine 2 cups raw long-grain rice
(not instant!) with 3-1/2 cups stock or water, 1-1/2 tsp. butter or
olive oil, and salt and pepper or other seasonings to taste.  Cook,
uncovered,  on high (full) power for 10 minutes.  Do not stir the rice
at any time during cooking.  Then, cook on medium-low power for 15
minutes longer, again not stirring and not covering the container.
Taste for seasoning and fluff with fork.
