Chasity, one more idea if you are a braille reader is to check with
National Braille Press.  They have produced several cookbooks in
braille, and you may find exactly the kind of thing you're looking for
there.

I have been so pleased with the variety of cookbooks and food-related
books I can find at BookShare, and it's especially good to read them
with a Victor Reader Stream if you happen to have that book reader
because you can "Spell" words, which allows you to make sure your
understanding of the fractions is the same as the author's!
