Hmm, I make this in my microwave all of the time, but don't have a specific recipie, it's
usually a cup or a bit more of macaroni or egg noodles tossed with some
butter, garlic and maybe some lemon pepper. Then I'll add a can of tuna,
drained, some cream of mushroom soup, sharp cheddar cheese and peas, either
canned or frozen.

I've also added roasted red peppers, mushrooms, mixed vegetables, just whatever is around.

I usually have enough for three meals for just myself.

As far as cooking the pasta goes, I use a deep microwave safe bowl and cover the pasta with about a finger's length of water, but I have small hands, so YMMV. <grin> I let it cook on high for about 3 or four minutes, stop, stir, and then either drain some of the water or cook for another two minutes.

Subject: [CnD] mac and chese with tuna and peas recipe?

It seems like I had a recipe for making this dish in the microwave, but I
can't find it. So, if anyone has a recipe for tuna with macaroni and
cheese and peas that is easy to make in a 900 watt microwave, I'd
appreciate sharing, along with tips from a blindness perspective. I'm not
looking for something found on the Net, but one you have fixed. Thanks.
