Hi, Shannon,

I've never made pita chips, but I imagine it would be similar to making 
croutons.  You would toss the pita wedges in a little oil and season them with 
salt and herbs of your choice.  Hope this helps.  I would bake them at 350 and 
check them after about 10 minutes.  Hope this helps.
