HI Shannon. I have this and its fantastic and mine only has two buttons, one for the timer and one for on and off. I did homemade chips in it and you wouldn't know they were only cooked with one teaspoon of oil and I read later that they had only 3 percent fat. I even fry an egg in it and make stirfries and all sorts and there is a recipe book with it. I want to try the sinamon apple wedges they sound great.
