Hi all, I am suddenly in the mood for pancakes. Does anyone have a recipe for basic ones (that is, no fancy fillings, flavors, or toppings)? I have always loved mixes the best, but if there is a scratch recipe that can equal or beat a mix, I would love to have it. I know they say egg whites fluff pancakes, but it's not the fluffiness for me; mixes also have a better overall taste, at least I think so. Any ideas? Thanks.
