Stroganoff  

1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into thin  strips
3 tablespoons oil  
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 4 oz. can mushrooms,  drained
1/4 teaspoon. salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 8 oz.  package cream cheese
3/4 cup milk
1 package noodles

Brown steak in  oil in large skillet. Add onions, mushrooms, and seasonings;
cook until vegetables are tender. Add cream cheese and milk; stir over low  heat
until cream cheese is melted. Serve over hot noodles.
