Have any of you ever cooked a pumpkin? We have a medium size pumpkin that my little boy picked from a pumpkin patch. We're not going to be home tomorrow night to carve and set it out front, so we're thinking about cooking it. I've always wanted to make a pumpkin pie totally from scratch. At least once in my life anyway. Lol. Any recipes?
