I made this recipe yesterday and it turned out great. I used pureed squash in 
place of the pumpkin and made 7 mini loaves. I mixed all the dry and wet 
ingredients separately then just stirred the wet into the dry,, I didn't put in 
any nuts. I am sure it would be the same using pumpkin.

Best Ever Pumpkin Bread

4 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
3 and 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ginger
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup nuts chopped (optional)

1. Beat eggs, sugar, oil, and flour.
2. Add flour and spices to egg mixture.
3. add pumpkin and nuts
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes
Makes 2 large loaves
