Cinnamon-Raisin Biscuits
2 c. Original Bisquick® mix
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. raisins
1 tsp ground cinnamon
 Heat oven to 425°F.
Stir all ingredients in medium bowl until soft dough forms.
Drop by 9 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with
additional sugar, or sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture before
baking.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 9 biscuits
Variation: Increase cinnamon to 1 1/2 teaspoons.
