Bacon and Cheese Biscuits

 

1 pound of bacon (a good quality)

 

1 small block of sharp cheddar cheese

 

3 c. biscuit mix

 

3/4 c. water

 

Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 

Cut bacon into small pieces. Brown, then place on paper towel to drain
grease. Grade cheese into a bowl then toss in the bacon pieces. Add biscuit
mix to the cheese and bacon, mix well then add the water. Knead until is
completely blended and your able to place onto a floured board and roll out
to about one inch thickness. Cut with a small biscuit cutter or juice glass.
Foil then butter a cookie sheet. Place cut out biscuits on foil, just
touching each other. Bake for about twenty minutes or until lightly brown.
