Hi. I just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving to our friends in the U.S. I'm
so glad that I signed back up for this list. Thanks to the list, we're
bringing two new casseroles to tomorrows Thanksgiving meal. We quadrupled a
Broccoli Rice and Cheese recipe and also a Corn Casserole. The corn
casserole due to its density from quadrupling it, has been In the oven going
on three hours and is still raw in the middle. We cranked the heat up on it,
so I hope it doesn't take much longer. We're usually in a nice deep sleep by
now. *smile* It sure does smell great in here though. Plus I tried a No Bake
Cheese Cake recipe as well. I wanted to make a New York Style cheese cake,
but I waited until too late in the day to try it. I didn't realize that
after you've baked it and turned the oven off, you leave it in the oven for
about four hours. Well, that just wasn't going to happen with all of the
baking we had to do. I'll try it for Christmas. Or, hmm, maybe I'll try it
this week end! We topped the no bake one with cherry pie filling, and it is
calling my name! Anyway, thanks for the yummy recipes and the new edition to
the Smith family Thanksgiving feast. Happy Eating!
