Can you find self-rising cake flour? I have only seen the plain cake flour.

Southern Red Velvet Cake
Ingredients:
1 1/2cups sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 large eggs
3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour (I use Cake flour)
1cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ounce red food coloring
1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream the sugar and oil in a large
bowl.
2. Add the eggs, mixing well after each one.
3. Combine the cocoa powder and flour in a medium bowl.
4. In a separate bowl add the buttermilk and flour mixture alternately
to the creamed mixture mixing well. After each addition. Stir in the
vanilla
and food coloring, beat well. Combine the vinegar and baking soda, add to
the batter and beat well.
5. Pour batter into 3 round 8" cake pans and bake 30-35minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
For FROSTING:
1 1/4 stick of butter
10 ounces cream cheese- softened
3 cups Confectioner sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Cream the butter and Cream cheese in a medium size bowl. Slowly add the
Confectioner sugar until well mixed. Stir in the vanilla and nuts
