CHRISTMAS MORNING BREAKFAST CASSEROLE II From Donna


1 lb. sausage
2 1/2 c. milk
10 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 slices bread (make cubes, no crust)

Brown sausage, drain grease. Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. 
Stir in sausage, cheese, and bread cubes. Put in greased 9x13 inch baking 
dish, let stand overnight in refrigerator. This way, you'll miss NOTHING on 
Santa's big morning!
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Watch closely last 15 minutes 
not to get too brown. Serve with mimosas, coffee, and fruit cups for total 
meal. Easy, pretty, and delicious. Serves 10.
