Over night FILLED FRENCH TOAST

Filling:

4 oz. cream cheese, room tempt 
2 teaspoons honey

Beat together until smooth.  Make sandwiches with white bread, day old is best. 
 Cut in half, diagonally

French toast Mixture:

2 eggs
1-1/2 teaspoons white sugar
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg if desired
 2/3 cup milk

Break eggs in a shallow bowl, breaking yoke and mixing with fork.  Add 
sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk.

pour half of egg mixture into baking pan.  Place sandwhich halves into mixture 
and pour remaining egg mixture over top.  Cover and refrigerate over night.

Bake 30 minutes at 350.
