5 Ingredient Meatball Casserole

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

1 18 oz. package frozen meatballs, thawed

1 16 oz. package frozen peppers and onions stir fry mixture, thawed

2 cups chunky pasta sauce

1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

PREPARATION:

 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

2. Combine meatballs, pepper and onion mixture and pasta sauce in 2 quart 
casserole dish and stir well to combine. 

3. Top with cheeses. 

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until casserole is bubbling and 

cheese is melted. 

5. Serves 6.
