I put every new address that comes up on any list in my addressbook. That way, if someone wants an answer for something, I hit the letter their last name starts with and find them and sned the answer. The way I make sure of the name is this. I read the current line to make sure of the person. Then I route Jaws to PC and lead letter by letter to make sure of the name. Sometimes the e-mail address isn't someone's name so I put the answer out to the group. If I'm sure of the name, I'll send the answer to that person. I do that with all my lists. I have a big addressbook so to me it's not a big thing.
