Method 1. Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package and drain. 2. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 3. Spray two quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. 4. In large skillet, combine ground beef, onion and bell pepper; cook over medium high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender. 5. Drain. 6. Add sandwich sauce, soup and mushrooms; mix well. 7. Heat until bubbly. 8. Gently stir in cooked noodles. 9. Pour mixture into sprayed casserole. 10. Sprinkle with cheese. 11. Bake at 350 degrees for twenty to twenty five minutes or until casserole is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. 12.
