Dessert Lemon Pound Cake

 

 1 Box (18.25 oz) Yellow Cake Mix

 

 1 Small Box Lemon Jell-O (2 cup size)

 

 3/4 Cup Boiling Water

 

 4 Eggs

 

 1/2 Cup Canola Oil

 

 For Frosting:

 

 1 Small Can (6 oz) Frozen Lemonade

 

 3/4 Cup Sugar

 

 Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Prepare Bundt cake by lining with greased

 

 wax paper and lightly sprinkled with flour.

 

 Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.

 

 Set aside to cool.  When Jell-O is cooled, beat eggs and oil together.

 

 In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, cooled Jell-O and egg/oil

 

 mixture.  Mix well and pour into prepared Bundt baking pan.

 

 Bake at 325 degrees until done or browned on top.  Reference cake mix

 

 instructions for a Bundt pan.

 

 Combine lemonade and sugar for frosting.  When cake is done and cooled

 

 to warm, pour lemonade mixture over cake.
