Italian Baked Fish

 

1 1/2         pounds  flounder or  sole fillets

   3        tablespoons  Worchestershire sauce

   3        tablespoons  low-cal Italian dressing

      1/8      teaspoon  garlic powder

   3        tablespoons  lemon  juice

                         salt and pepper

 

Method

 

1. Place fish in shallow baking dish. 

2. Combine remaining ingredients and  pour evenly over fish.

3. Marinate several hours in the refrigerator,  turning the fish occasionally.

4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

5. Bake  fish uncovered for 30 minutes.

6. Broil for 5 minutes, or until fish is  crisped.
