I wanted to post this very popular recipe for the holidays. It serves as a salad or as a dessert and it very popular at parties. Pink Party Salad 1 16 oz. container Cool whip 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 16 oz. crushed pineapple 1 20 oz can cherry pi filling 1 cup miniature marshmallows 1 cup coconut 1/2 cup chopped pecans In a large bowl, mix cool whip and Eagle Brand milk thoroughly. Place in the refrigerator for one hour. Mix in remaining ingredients, mix well and cover.
