BAKED LEMON CHICKEN

4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup bbutter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder 
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
rice (optional)

Place chicken in a lightly greased 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.  Combine
remaining ingredients except rice.  Por over chicken.  Bake uncovered at 350
degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender, basting frequently.  Serve
with hot rice if desired.  Makes 4 servings.
