Pizza dough
Once again I will not be able to tell you about how much flour. But here
goes
For a 16 inch pizza
1 1/2 cup water
1 tbs of dried bulk yeast. (1 or 2 packages of yeast if you don't have the
bulk)
1 teaspoon sugar ( optional)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs spoons of olive oil. )again this is optional)
Direction
Place water in large bowl, add sugar, yeast, do not add salt. Let stand for
five minutes, more or less. Add oil if u are using it. Still do not add salt
Now take 1/4 cup of flour and stir into water, Keep adding 1/4 cup flour
until you get a moist dough that can be kneaded without sticking to your
hands. This will take about 2 1/2 to 3 cups of flour. Now sprinkle the salt
over the dough and kneed it into the dough. Let rest a few minutes in a
lightly greased bowl. Roll the dough in the bowl and kneed it for a while,
until the dough feel elastic and smooth. Take about 5 to 10 minutes.
While kneading the dough, roll it into it self. Place back in greased bowl ,
cover with a towel and let double in size. This takes about a hour, but I
have seen it take a little longer.
Pat out the dough to fit your pizza pan when it is ready. Do not punch dough
down just lay it on the middle of the pizza pan and pat it to fit the pan.
U can add garlic, basil, oregano, and even chopped up pepperoni to the dough
if you like.

never tried it, Can some of you who do this regularly give me your recipes
and talk me through how to do it.
I'm also interested in pizza doe as my husband loves pizzas and they're so
easy to throw together on busy nights when you don't know what to cook.
