Today felt like chicken soup. Chopped up celery, carrots, onions and garlic. Added a little oil to a large pan and soften up the veggies. Add a couple cans of chicken broth, 2 cans of water, and a tablespoon of chicken bullion along with a bay leaf. Threw in some chicken legs, skin, bone and all. Will discard the skin and bones later when the chicken is done leaving the meat. Added some salt and pepper to taste. Will than make up my mind if I want rice or egg noodles. Will cook one or the other and ladle the soup over whatever I decide. RJ
