Spoon Yeast Rolls
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 cups warm water
1-1/4 stick melted margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
4 cups self-rising flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. In large bowl combine sugar and melted margarine. 
Add beaten egg and the yeast mixture. Stir in flour and mix thoroughly. Preheat 
oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin pan. Put a little less than 1/4 cup batter 
in to muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees about 18 to 20 minutes. You don't have to 
let these rolls rise before baking. You can store dough in an air-tight bowl in 
refrigerator for about two weeks.
