Oven Barbecued Chicken
1 chicken, cut in pieces
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 teaspoon hickory smoke liquid flavoring
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 cup oil
Dash of hot sauce
Arrange chicken pieces in a dish. Mix together all remaining ingredients.  
Pour or brush one-half of mixture over chicken. Cook uncovered at 350 
degrees  for 30 minutes. Brush remaining mixture on chicken. Cook 15 to 20 
minutes 
more,  until tender.

Main Dishes
Oven Fried Chicken
1 (2 to 3 pound) chicken, cut in serving pieces
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Wash and dry chicken. Coat each piece of chicken with melted margarine.  
Roll each piece in bread crumbs, coating well. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan at 350  
degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Optional:
If you don't want to cut up a chicken, buy your favorite pieces.

Fruit 'N Cheese Dip
2 cups dry cottage cheese (large curd)
2/3 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons snipped chives
2 teaspoons lemon juice or vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Unsweetened mandarin orange segments
Strawberries
Pineapple cubes
Peach slices
Seedless green and Tokay grapes
Mix all ingredients except fruits in blender until smooth, about 1 minute.  
Cover; chill 3 to 4 hours. To serve, mound cheese dip in small bowl and 
place on  tray with fruits for dipping.
Note:
Fruit 'N Cheese Dip doubles deliciously as a topping for baked potatoes.  
Just add 1 teaspoon garlic salt.
Makes 2 2/3 cups dip (50 calories per 1/3 cup; fruit not  included)
