Today I decided to make a spinach and kidney bean salad for lunch.
Open a can of kidney beans and rinse well
Place in large bowl
Get out a small onion and slice into thin half onion rings
Chop fine two cloves of garlic.
Steam some broccoli buds.

With the beans, garlic, onion pour over the salad dressing of your choice. I used the sweet and sour dressing I posted a few days back. Sit a side. When the broccoli cools, add to bowl and add the baby spinach. Add a little more dressing if desired. Slice up a hard boiled egg. Put over the top of salad and enjoy. RJ
