Hi everyone,

I was wondering is there an easy way for me to separate eggs? My husband 
suggested using a little colindar over a cup to separate the yolk. I want to 
make Holandaise, and you need two yolks for the sauce. I found an egg separater 
from The Pampered Chef, but I was wondering if there was a better way. Thank 
you for any help you can provide.
