Mozzarella Chese Puffs
2 cups flour ½ tsp salt ½ tsp paprika 1 cup butter 1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Sift the dry ingredients together. 3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, mix in the mozzarella cheese. 4. Add the flour mixture, and mix well. 5. Shape into ¾ inch balls, and place on an ungreased baking sheett. 6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the balls are puffed and golden brown. 7.
